Launched in Silicon Valley in May 2006, FountainBlue’s monthly When She Speaks panel discussions feature senior women leaders from partner tech companies speaking on leadership and innovation topics. Our interactive conversations are known for being inspiring, educational, practical and fun. Our monthly programs have shifted to an online format in response to the pandemic, so we can better manage content and to provide broader access to a more distributed customer base.
Friday, Oct 8, 11:50 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Local Input, Global Impact

Leadership comes from the top down, with the executive vision for delivering a comprehensive and compelling product or service which meets the needs of the market. When executive leaders also have an inspiring vision to contribute to the local community, and for a far-reaching cause, it inspires all employees to give back, to make a difference, while also delivering bottom-line results for the company.
Join this month’s panel of senior executives who will share the corporate community vision, and stories of ‘bottoms-up’ leadership, showcasing how local input is leading to global impact.

Having these sessions go virtual is one of my Covid silver linings. I certainly wouldn’t have been able to fit all of them into my schedule to make the trip in person.

Linda Holroyd and the panelists each month speak to me directly. They are humble and powerful at the same time.
The When She Speaks panelists have walked my path, fallen on their faces, showed how they meant to do that, and inspired me to keep trying and failing forward.
The breadth of perspectives gathered is inspiring – it makes me feel like ‘I Can Too!’ or at least ‘I Can DARE to TRY!’
I’m proud to have been a member for more than a decade, and look forward to the next lesson, the next conversation each month.
I’ve grown my career, leveraging these nuggets of wisdom every month, feeling like I belong to a community of principled, impactful women and the men who support them.
As Linda says every month, the vector is not gender. The vectors are LEADERSHIP and INNOVATION. And she proves that every month.
Join this month’s session, and experience the series for yourself.
Please join us in thanking our hosts, corporate partners and sponsors for our When She Speaks series, and our Front Line Managers Online series.
