The best solutions are not always the most logical ones. Including and empowering a diverse workforce increases a team’s ability to solve a wider range of problems, and innovate in many more wide-ranging ways.
This month, we will cover best practices for team development and its impact on creativity and innovation.
- When you have the right new person, it adds many-X value to the team, product and company.
- When you think in a different way, it adds a new dimension to the team, product and company.
This month’s panel will share their best practices on how to recruit, retain and develop a divergent workforce, while empowering them to think both inside and outside the box to deliver results.
