Many powerful and accomplished women have an internalized fear of being exposed as an imposter, a fraud. This ‘Imposter Syndrome’ makes even competent, successful women less confident about their outcomes, more likely to belittle their accomplishments.

This month, our panelists will talk about how imposter syndrome has affected their own development, and that of those around them. We will strategize on how to best support each other in overcoming imposter syndrome.
